Made individually when ordered, the meal will always have the freshest cuts of salmon and tuna available. There will also be other varieties of sashimi that go along with these ingredients, but they change on a nightly basis, as they are hand selected by our sushi chefs when made.

The Chilean Sea Bass is a signature item at Hiro, and is a house favorite. Pan seared with light fresh garlic, and glazed in a light soy dressing, the sea bass is then topped with a home made strawberry-cilantro mince. It is accompanied with steamed asparagus and fresh red bell peppers.

Before you is the California Deluxe Roll, one of the many Makimono rolls that we offer. Topped with bake Eel, lightly cooked in an Asian spice that is very similar to BBQ, it is filled with crab, avocado, and fresh cucumber.

Sided by pieces of California Makimono and Spicy Tuna Makimono, the Sushi Combo offers many different kinds of Nigiri that range from fresh fish to hand made egg custard. Like all of our dishes, the fish is cut, and the plate is made when you order it and no sooner.
